Not saying I disagree just curious couldn't you say the following about alcohol as well?
Legalizing recreational alcohol gives individuals the means to dull their senses, check out of life, and develop dependencies on a potentially dangerous substance. This is habituation toward destruction. A republic can only be sustained by citizens capable of governing themselves. alcohol doesn’t contribute to that capacity — it undermines it.
Big difference. Alcohol has a range of moderation, mind-altering drugs don't. We do have some laws on alcohol outside of that range, like 'drunkenness in public'.
Good Article. I do wish you wouldn't use the new propganda word 'cannabis'. It's just the left trying to make such an evil thing seem less vile.
